Vinegar
While garlic by itself is great medicine, when combined with apple
cider vinegar, it has been hailed "a miracle cure" that
packs an incredible double punch against arthritis, cancer, heart
disease and other common ailments. Medical literature reveals several
dozen uses for garlic and vinegar. Here's some medical uses for
the garlic and vinegar "miracle" combo:
- ACNE: Mix the juice of two garlic cloves with an equal
amount of apple cider vinegar and dab on your pimples nightly.
The condition should clear up within two weeks.
- ASTHMA: A popular folk remedy for this common breathing
disorder is the equivalent of one or two cloves of garlic taken
with spoonfuls or, equivalents, of apple cider vinegar and honey
in table form. Dose yourself every morning - preferably on an
empty stomach.
- COLDS: Keep a clove of garlic in your jaw between your
teeth and your cheek like a wad of tobacco. Do not chew. Colds
have been known to vanish within hours using this technique. Follow
this with a dose of apple cider vinegar and honey, especially
if you have a sore throat. This combo, in tablet form is also
beneficial.
PROTECT YOUR HEART
- HEART DISEASE: In addition to lowering harmful cholesterol,
garlic can guard against heart disease by preventing the formation
of fatty deposits (known as plaque) in the arteries, reports a
Middle East research study. An old Slavic remedy to combat hardening
of the arteries is a daily cocktail of garlic boiled with apple
cider vinegar. This cocktail is now available in pill form.
